4th International Chess Festival takes place over two weekends in Livorno, in the Sala degli Archi  of the Fortezza Nuova. The first chess match will begin at 3.30pm on Saturday 14th June. The tournament continues on 21st and 22nd. Participating in the event will be well-known international chess players such as Vladimir Okhotnik from the Ukraine, Virgilio Vuelban from the Philippines, and the young Livornese player Marco Codenotti.
