Livorno’s signature dish
Cacciucco: Photo from Labronicus.Blogspot.comThe most famous of Livornese dishes is undoubtedly Cacciucco (kah-CHOO-koh), a sturdy Mediterranean fish stew made, according to tradition, with five varieties of fish, one for every ‘c’ in its name.
