The Amici del Cinema ('Friends of the Cinema') association was founded in 1991 by Alfredo Casarosa. The aim of the association is to show a programme of independent high-quality films, alongside mainstream films, at the Cinema Quattro Mori, with the possibility of discussing the various themes arising from the films with other movie enthusiasts in Livorno.
The cost for each film is €5, but if you become a member of the Amici del Cinema entrance is only €3 (and membership for a year is only €3 too).
