This is a real Livornese apartment in the very well located area of San Jacopo, literally just a stone's throw from the Pancaldi Bagno, the popular bar and café Baracchina Bianca, the Naval Academy, and the number 1 bus route into town and the railway station.
Staying here means getting to know the Livornese way of life, living near local people and using local shops and facilities.

The sunny apartment is situated on the fourth and last floor in a quiet street with roadside parking.
Nearby there are local shops for all your food shopping, including bakeries, a wine merchants, fruit & veg, butcher, fishmonger, and pizzerias and restaurants when you want a night off from the cooking!

The apartment has two large bedrooms each with a double bed and one with a cot as well. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets over the beds. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower over bath, and a very bright living room leading onto a large terrace (with sun-shade) for al fresco dining.
Please note: there is no lift in the building
There are views over the rooftops to the sea on one side, and to the palazzi of San Jacopo on the other.
