Bernstein's Candide

Leonard Bernstein's comic operetta - Candide -  is based on the novella by Voltaire. It first opened as a musical on Broadway in 1956. Here in Livorno it will be performed at the Teatro Goldoni in Via Goldoni, on 4th and 5th March at 9.30pm, with the excellent Florence-based Orchestra della Toscana .
