Busy last night for Effetto Venezia

Effetto Venezia, guitar concert on Scali FinocchiettiThe last night of the Effetto Venezia on Sunday 12th August drew in huge crowds, partly perhaps because the event had been cancelled on Saturday night because of a tragic accident near Livorno on Friday (see News). The streets of the Venezia district were teeming with people of all ages, restaurant tables were full, and the atmosphere was relaxed A Fishy theme ran throughout this year's Effetto Veneziaand friendly. Music, cabaret and photographic images and films projected onto buildings and churches; the bright carousel in front of the church of San Ferdinando, and candy floss in Piazza dei Domenicani. Something for everyone, enjoyed by everyone, and no doubt back Fishy images on church facade, Effetto Venezia 2007with more original ideas next year.
