4.11.2008 Just returned from our med cruise/trip. I rented a car from SalaCar as you had recommended. The experience was great---The car was waiting for us as we got off the gangway at the dock in Livorno. The fee was 70 Euros which included the dock pickup/drop-off, unlimited mileage, vat, cdw etc. This was less expensive than the other car agencies & provided great service. We toured the Tuscan countryside with visits to San Gimignano, Pisa etc. We left the dock at 9 am & returned at 6 pm. Back in Livorno we parked the car dockside at the ship, put the keys in the door pocket & went aboard. Very convenient--thanks for all the advice.
