How to Prune an Olive Tree, 3pm on SundayThree days dedicated to Olive Oil - C'é Olio e Olio - at the Museo di Storia Naturale del Mediterraneo in Villa Henderson, Via Roma 234, Livorno. The event opens on Saturday morning with a round table discussion about how to choose olive oil. Throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday there will be tastings, explanations, and demonstrations on how to prune an olive tree, as well as music from the Scuola Micali.
