Livorno's annual Effetto Venezia festival 2008 is into its 6th evening. Highlights tonight include:

• 10.30pm, Fortezza Nuova, Io Clown, Te Down, the ANFFAS theatre group with special guests Bobo Rondelli and the Ottavo Padiglione, from an idea by Lamberto Giannini and Bobo Rondelli. The event will be filmed by Livornese director Paolo Virzì
• 9.30pm, Via Traversa, Michele Crestacci in cabaret
• 9pm, Centro Donna, Largo Strozzi, workshop with sculptor Donatella Nannipieri, followed at 10pm by an exhibition of Argentinian Tango
