The Teatro Goldoni Cast in LondonThe Teatro Goldoni Cast in LondonThe evening of Wednesday 17th September 2008 at the Italian Cultural Institute of London was dedicated to the city of Livorno. Entitled Teatro Goldoni and Livorno's Most Famous Sons: Giovanni Fattori and Pietro Mascagni, and organised by the Teatro Goldoni, this multimedia event included footage about the restoration of Livorno's theatre, as well as about Fattori and Mascagni, accompanied by jazz pianist Andrea Pellegrini, and followed by a series of theatre workshops directed by Francesco Torrigiani.

This important event for the promotion of Livorno was attended by a delegation from Livorno, as well as important ship owners and cruise operators, as well as numerous members of the public. The evening was enthusiastically received by all who attended.
