Privato Vende - sell your property directly to the buyer

Privato Vende - logoPrivato Vende is a new publication created by Anna Nosiglia, Fulvio Tasca and Tiberio Martini. It aims to publish advertisements for property for sale in the Livorno and Pisa areas, directly from seller to buyer, avoiding costly agency fees. 

If you have a house or flat to sell in Tuscany, you can advertise it in the Privato Vende magazine which will be published once every three months. The first issue will come out in April 2012. Ads will cost from 25 to 60 euros, and the magazine will be distributed free of charge in the Livorno and Pisa areas. 

In the meantime you can publish your advert free of charge on the Privato Vende Facebook page.
