Sixteen

SixteenThe three members of the band Sixteen started out in December 2005, brought together by a common passion for swimming and music. To begin with they rehearsed in the back room of a piano shop, and by 2007 they were already taking part in various competitions, both locally and further afield, where they attained significant success.

The group's singer Simone Galassi began to compose his own songs which the band began to play, and by 2008 had adopted their own rock-punk sound. In May 2008 they were finalists in the festival of St Vincent, performing to an audience of 2000, and they are also finalists in this year's Livorno Rock competition.
